It's the loud loud holiday shuffle time and the world is on fire and perhaps you need a tender respite cave carved out for you where you can be with yourself and tend to the Inner Heavy Things.

A cozy sorting ground, if you will.

This is the idea here - three weeks of creative prompts emailed to you daily, designed to get you moving your hands and moving your big feelings.

A playspace for you and your grief!

A way to make time and space, and pour the contents of yourself into a creative practice.

Prompts span a dynamic range of creative mediums:

We are writing, we are drawing, we are moving our bodies, we are meditating.

Guess what you already knew I'd say this but you don't have to be an artist. You just have to have some thick feelings that need to be rinsed out and loved up on, and in this house we do that through ~art~

You don't need any special supplies, all prompts will use things you have laying around the house and probably already have in eyesight right now.

For folks who want community and to feel the beating hearts of the people in our cohort, there is a group Discord for chatting, reflecting, and sharing pics of your wild messy unruly makings!

Maybe you and your bff sign up for this as a way to feel closer during this time of year and send pics of your process to each other...could be a magic move!

Going with grief doesn’t have to be grim and morbid.

Levity is the sauce here.

The pain is the pain, we get to choose how we touch into it, and how we go diving into the wreck.

Not as a way to bypass or downplay the pain, but as a way to make the journey savory, rich, colorful, worthwhile.

DEETS:

• You will receive an email every day for the duration of this 21 day solo grief retreat-- most days have prompts you can spend 10 minutes on or 2 hours on, your choice. Some days are rest days/integration days
• An ongoing, private Discord community is included if it supports your making and processing journey
• This series takes place in your inbox - there are some prompts that include recorded video or audio of me, but there is not a live component to this program
• Due to the nature of this series, there are no refunds provided
